- You are responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our website through your internet connection are aware of these terms and that they comply with them.
PRODUCTS AND PRICING
- All products and services displayed on Theswagmodestore are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to modify the prices of products and services at any time without prior notice.
- We make every effort to accurately display product colors and details, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display accurately reflects the actual colors and details.
ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
- When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in that order.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
- Payment is required at the time of purchase. The payment methods available to you are the ones shown on the checkout page at the time you order. Cash on delivery, where offered, carries a ₹200 handling fee that is shown before you place the order and is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Online payments, where offered, are processed by an authorised third-party payment provider; we do not receive or store your card or account credentials.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- Information about shipping and delivery times is available in our Shipping Policy.
- Courier timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for delays outside our control. Where a parcel is lost or damaged in transit we will take it up with the courier and put it right by sending a replacement.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- Information about returns and refunds is available in our Return and Refund Policy.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for items that do not meet our return policy criteria.
IMPORTANCE OF UNBOXING VIDEO
An unboxing video is required for every replacement request. It must be a single continuous recording that begins with the parcel sealed and unopened and shows the problem in that same recording.
Without that video we cannot tell a genuine fault from damage that happened after delivery, and the claim cannot be processed. Send it to care@theswagmodestore.com with your order number within 48 hours of delivery.
Our packaging is distinctive and identifiable. A parcel that has been repacked, or a recording that has been edited or interrupted, does not qualify for a replacement.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- The website design, original text, graphics and other content created specifically for Theswagmodestore may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without prior written permission.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or transmit any content on Theswagmodestore without our prior written consent.
