REFUND
• Our guidelines inhibit the Refund policy.
• Customers may avail the option of replacing the same product as previously purchased.
REPLACEMENT
• We issue a replacement based on the following
three factors:-
1. Product Defect
2. Incorrect Product Size
3. Incorrect Product Colour
• We encourage our customers to record an unboxing video which may be sent to us in case of an issue with the delivered product. Replacement without the video proof shall not be entertained.
RETURN
• We do not encourage return requests based on the quality of products offered.
• There could be slight changes in the products they are replicas.
• The qualities of the products are indicated by the range of prices listed for them.
• The product colour may vary slightly as compared to the products displayed due to high lighting photography.
