What shipping costs
Shipping is free on every prepaid order, with no minimum value. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available where the courier supports it for your pincode, and carries a ₹200.00 handling fee that is shown at checkout before you place the order. These orders are verified before dispatch, so they take longer to arrive than prepaid ones – usually 10-12 working days.
If a cash on delivery parcel is refused at the door, or repeatedly cannot be delivered, the handling fee is not returned. The full terms are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Processing and delivery
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 working days of payment. Delivery usually takes a further 4 to 6 working days depending on your pincode, so most prepaid orders arrive within 5 to 8 working days of being placed.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays. Delivery estimates are estimates: weather, local restrictions and courier backlogs can add time, and remote pincodes take longer than metros.

Tracking
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to begin showing movement.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel is delayed well beyond the estimate, or tracking has not updated for several days, write to care@theswagmodestore.com with your order number and we will chase the courier on your behalf.
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout. Couriers return parcels they cannot deliver, and a returned parcel has to be re-shipped.
