What shipping costs
Shipping is free on every prepaid order, with no minimum value. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
Paying for your order
Orders are paid for online at checkout. Cash on delivery is not offered at the moment.
Processing and delivery
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 working days of payment. Delivery usually takes a further 4 to 6 working days depending on your pincode, so most prepaid orders arrive within 5 to 8 working days of being placed.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays. Delivery estimates are estimates: weather, local restrictions and courier backlogs can add time, and remote pincodes take longer than metros.
You can check the expected delivery date for your own pincode on any product page before ordering.
Tracking
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to begin showing movement.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel is delayed well beyond the estimate, or tracking has not updated for several days, write to [email protected] with your order number and we will chase the courier on your behalf.
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout. Couriers return parcels they cannot deliver, and a returned parcel has to be re-shipped.
