IMPORTANCE OF UNBOXING VIDEO
Please record an unboxing video as it would be significant if replacement procedure has to be implemented.
Complaints shall not be entertained without an unboxing video. In order to get Replacement, same video Must show the problem you’re referring to, along with opening of the parcel. No replacement shall be initiated if the problem is not shown in the same unboxing video.
Please note – we can identify our packing. Repacking or any other kind of tampered video will lead to your removal from Broadcast (without any solution).
